Miron Evergreen
North Bay, California

A private family holding company

A family buyer, built to hold.

We buy well-run businesses in California’s North Bay and hold them for the long term — one at a time, with care for the people and customers already there.

Who we are

A patient owner, not a fund in a hurry.

Miron Evergreen is a self-funded, owner-operator buyer. We are not a search fund and not a private equity firm. Decisions rest with two people — Ryan and Renée Miron — so there is no committee, no outside approval, and no pressure to sell what we buy.

Our aim is simple and long: to own good businesses across generations, and to be the kind of steward a founder is glad handed the keys. We prioritize fit over pace, and we pay attention longer than most.

What we look for

Good businesses worth carrying forward.

Where

Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties, with Solano and southern Mendocino nearby. We buy close to home because we intend to be present.

What kind

We stay open across many industries. What we care about is a business with a good name, loyal customers, and a team worth keeping.

What matters

A reputation earned over years, work done well, and people who take pride in it. We would rather buy something sound than something cheap.

How we buy

Full ownership, and a friendly, seller-guided handover of the relationships and know-how that make the business what it is.

A few of the areas we know well — though we keep an open mind:

Cleaning & facilities Landscaping & grounds Fitness & wellness Distribution & logistics Home services Light manufacturing Senior & childcare Pet care Business & professional services Franchise resales Self-storage & rental

How we operate

What an owner can count on.

01

We keep people.

We honor existing employees, roles, and pay through the transition, and invest in stabilizing the business rather than restructuring it.

02

We transition with care.

We plan a documented handoff over several months — introductions, joint visits, and time — so customer and vendor relationships transfer cleanly.

03

We decide directly.

Just the two of us — no committee and no outside approval. When a business is a good fit, we can move thoughtfully; when it isn’t, we say so plainly.

The principals

Two owners, one decision.

Managing Principal

Ryan Miron

CPA and CEPA, with two decades as a small-business operator and an advisor to closely held companies. Leads governance, financing, and commercial strategy.

Principal & Operating Partner

Renée Miron

A decade in community banking and mortgage lending, and founder of a fitness business. Leads day-to-day operations on the ground, close to the team and customers.

A quiet conversation

Thinking about what comes next for the company you built?

Whether you are ready now or simply weighing your options, we would welcome a confidential conversation — no obligation, and nothing shared outside the two of us and our advisors.
